Dotan is a veteran and holds a BS in Engineering from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and an Executive MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.

Bob is a corporate and M&A attorney at the center of the global commercial cannabis industry. As the leader of Clark Hill’s Cannabis Industry Group, he oversaw over $1B in cannabis M&A transactions. Bob is recognized as a pioneering “cannabis attorney” and is highly influential in the industry, regularly assembling large-scale transactions and advising Fortune 1000 clients. He founded Gateway Proven Strategies and served on various boards, including Glass House Brands. Bob frequently lectures and has been featured in major media outlets like Forbes and CNN.
