Rob Sanchez is a product leader who operates at the intersection of cannabis, technology and connoisseurship. With over 13 years in the cannabis industry, he began as a home grower during college before working in Denver’s medical market as a cultivator and hashmaker.

That hands-on foundation led him into cannabis software, where he has spent the last decade building and improving seed-to-sale, POS, ERP and compliance platforms used by operators from Colombia to Canada. Rob has worked across seven cannabis technology companies, helping ensure inventory is tracked, operations run smoothly, and regulatory requirements are met without sacrificing usability.

Known for his systems thinking and deep respect for the plant, Rob focuses on designing products that align with how cannabis is actually grown, processed and sold. He holds multiple Agile and product certifications, completed the Master of Cannabis program and is a Certified Ganjier, specializing in evaluating flower and concentrate quality.

Rob is also a writer, speaker and podcast host, contributing to Fat Nugs Magazine, Beard Bros Media, ILGM and Sensi Seeds. He is an advocate for cannabis connoisseurship, craft quality and the people behind the plant.
