We're joined today by Captain Hooter, cannabis connoisseur, author and artist. 

Captain Hooter is a global cannabis connoisseur and professional interpener who has lived, traveled and smoked all over the United States, Canada, Jamaica, Australia and Europe. He is the author of the 2018’s Captain Hooter’s Connoisseur’s guide to the Amsterdam Coffeeshops. From 169 coffee shops reviewed, he selected 20 as “The Best of the Best”. To properly interpene cannabis, it requires a microscope to get “under the hood” of the plant to see the truth about its condition. It was during these examinations and recordings that the Captain began experimenting with lights, colors and effects to create “Interpened Cannabis Art.”

He is organizing The Hooter Conference (THC) in Amsterdam on April 19th next year. The event isn’t just about celebrating the top twenty “Best of Show” winners in every way, it’s also a full-day event that dives deep into the heart of cannabis culture and education.  Wander through the exhibitor areas to explore the latest innovations in cannabis.
