Before launching Open Source Horticulture, Jeremy served as COO at Bickel Consulting and VP of Operations at Buckeye Relief, where he oversaw facility design, expansion, and performance optimization. With a background in engineering from The Ohio State University, he combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of systems, data, and process efficiency.
