We're joined today Neil McAlister also known as Chef Turtle. He’s the founder of Chef Turtle’s infusion consulting and the author of Chef Turtle’s Infusion Guide.

Neil has seen the Arizon market evolve and participated in some of the nation’s first cannabis kitchens. He is an advocate for proper dosing and creating infused cooking materials like flour, sugar and more to use in everyday items to consume via cooking.
