Episode 47 - Anthony Alegrete, 40 Tons Brand

We're joined today by the Founder and COO of 40 Tons Brand, Anthony Alegrete. 40 Tons Brand was started by Anthony and his wife, Loriel, after experiencing the prison system, in and around cannabis, first hand.

They started 40 Tons to give a voice to the voiceless men and women in prison. Nobody should be in prison over a plant that many consume and profit from legally.

Anthony tells us the story of the brand along with his journey so far. We learn a little more about his close friends, family and the impact the prison system has had on their lives for non-violent cannabis crimes.
