Rick met the founders of Lit Alerts in 2023 and quickly recognized the strength in the product and the team after which they invited him to join and help drive growth and operate the company. Throughout his career, he has been an operator and active investor focused on software, CPG, cannabis and crypto.

Lit Alterts was founded in 2021 and allows cannabis businesses to view and manage inventory details and quantities available from vendors and brands including in and out-of-stock notifications and an easy-to-use interface. Users can research the activities that matter including competitive pricing, sale dates and more.
