Episode 120 - Ayahuasca Ceremony

Episode 120 is the 66th episode of Season 2.

This episode is a solocast delving into my plant medicine experience with Ayahuasca, Hape, Ambil and Mambe. I sat for two nights with Ayahuasca and had a wonderful time. It was trying but overall positive.

It reaffirmed my dedication to my family and brought some clarity along with a real satisfaction for life and a connection to the communities I’m part of and those I’m not. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and will remember it for the rest of my life. I’ll be seeking out another ceremony sometime next year and can’t wait to continue down this path.

I also learned more about breathwork and had some powerful insights from it.
