As a seasoned Experience Designer, she brings over two decades of expertise in guiding research, strategy and design for enterprise software, SaaS, mobile and touchscreen technologies. Her proficiency extends across various sectors, including fintech, CRM, cannabis, entheogens, supply chain, order-to-cash, biomedical, IVR, education and non-profit.

She fosters productive collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners and development teams, employing human-centered design methodologies to create user-friendly, easily adoptable digital products and services.

For the past eight years, Lulu has been dedicated to opening hearts and minds to business opportunities in cannabis and psychedelics, leveraging her professional expertise to champion and serve the growth of these plant-forward industries.

ontherevel was Founded in 2016 by Jacobi Holland and Lulu, an unlikely duo who share a passion for technology, cannabis and advocacy. Both work in the corporate world designing products and services for enterprise clients, and both have spent years working for licensed cannabis operations in Colorado, California and Washington. Their parallel career experience enables them to approach problem-solving for the cannabis industry in a unique and strategic way.
